Reservation terms
Each booking is given a two hour slot. It is free to book however if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking time then you will be charged a cancellation fee which is outlined when you book. You must arrive no later than 15 minutes of your booking time otherwise we will cancel your booking and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Any late arrival will affect your time in your 2 hour slot so we recommend arriving on time or slightly before your booking time. Amendments to your booking may be made up to 24 hours prior to your booking however we may not be able to accommodate additional guests due to availability. Any reduced numbers after this time will still be subject to the initial agreed number and overall minimum spend of £10 per person.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking.
The person who makes the booking is responsible for the payment of the entire bill and if you accidentally or deliberately walk out without paying then you agree that we can charge your card.
Our slots are for 2 hours. If you refuse to leave when we have another reservation waiting then you agree to be charged a fee of £15 per head which is the responsibility of the person who made the reservation.
For any guests that would like to bring a birthday cake please be advised that there will be a £10 cake charge per booking.
Please remember to bring your photo IDs.
Covid Measures
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not abiding by our new covid regulations. Also we will refuse entry to anyone who has travelled from an area which is on lockdown or anyone has a body temperature above normal.
Card payments
We accept card payments, however we do limit card transactions to one card payment per table. For groups or larger parties we accept two card payments per group, however we cannot itemise bills.
Code of conduct
All customers must behave in a respectful manner towards other customers and staff. We are an exclusive venue who offer trial memberships to all that bring their ID. Those that are flagged by security will receive an automatic ban for a minimum of six months before their membership status can be reviewed. If you are flagged we are not able to negotiate on this.
We have a zero drugs policy and will refuse entry and give an immediate ban if anyone is caught with any drugs including cannabis.
We reserve the right to revoke any membership for any reason.
Hazards & Damages
We operate hazardous products such as coal and heaters on the premise and bare no responsibility for any damage caused to you or your guests personal items.
You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or recklessness) hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the Madonna Halley hotel during your stay.
Data
Your information is stored on our system as part of our membership policy and as part of our condition for entry. Your data will not be used for any external or third party marketing however it could be used in co-operation with the police and other authorities and to inform you of any updates or promotions.
Parking policy
There is limited on street parking available with various parking restrictions mostly restricted between 2pm-3pm. Please check all signs before parking. On behalf of our residents and The Shisha Garden team, we ask that all our guests consider our neighbours and do not park on any drop down curbs or in front of any driveways.
Neighbourhood
We operate in a semi residential area and ask that all our guests leave quietly and do not gather at the front of the building.
